What our clients say...

"Richard Wylder was exemplary, went above and beyond to get me the best deal and kept me updated regularly so I knew what was going on. He acted fast, was open and honest and gave great advice, certainly far better than my last adviser, and is a lesson in how things should be done. As such I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mortgage-Partnership. Thanks again Richard.!"

What is Equity Release?

Equity release, often called a ‘lifetime mortgage’, lets you unlock tax-free cash from your home while still living in it. There’s no need to sell or move. You can choose to borrow against your property’s value or sell part of it, receiving either a lump sum or regular payments. Some plans even allow you to access additional funds later if required. It’s an option available to homeowners aged 55 or over, whether you own your property outright or still have a mortgage (which must be repaid using the released funds).

Is Equity Release safe?

Yes, We’re regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), ensuring all processes are transparent and secure. As members of the Equity Release Council, we also follow strict guidelines designed to protect you. With a lifetime mortgage, you’re guaranteed never to owe more than the sale value of your home, provided it’s sold at the best price possible.

What can you use equity release for?

The money is yours to spend however you wish. Whether it’s renovating your home, paying off debts, buying a new car, or simply enjoying greater financial security in retirement, equity release gives you the freedom to use the funds as you see fit.
